The Beagle Usage Meter is a graphical desktop application that displays the amount of data you have used in relation to your monthly plan. The upper portion of the meter is divided into a green and red ‘period’ section, which shows how far through the plan period you are. The lower ‘usage’ progress bar indicates the percentage of your monthly plan that has been used. If you are using your downloads evenly, the usage bar and period meter will remain in sync. If you are downloading heavily, the usage bar will move faster than the period meter.
